Currently, appointment booking syncs with Google Calendar. Outlook and Cal.com support is on the roadmap and will be available soon.
Can customers reschedule or cancel?
The AI assistant can handle rescheduling requests conversationally. Customers message your bot asking to change their time, and the flow guides them through selecting a new slot.
How does slot locking work?
When a customer selects a time slot, it is locked for 5 minutes using Redis-based locking. This prevents two customers from booking the same slot simultaneously. If the booking is not completed, the slot is automatically released.
Can I set different availability for different services?
Yes. Each booking flow can connect to a different Google Calendar or filter available slots by duration and buffer time. A 15-minute consultation and a 60-minute session can have completely separate availability.
What information can I collect during booking?
First name, last name, email, phone number, service type, and custom notes. Each field is collected as a separate conversational message. You can make any field required or optional.
Does it send booking confirmations?
Yes. After a successful booking, the bot sends a confirmation message with the date, time, and any details. A Google Calendar event is created with the customer as an attendee.
