Questions, answered

Will using automation get my account banned?

No. SociaHive uses official Instagram APIs (the same ones ManyChat and other approved tools use). We follow Instagram's Platform Policy and rate limits. Your account stays safe.

Does it work with Instagram Reels and Stories?

Yes. You can trigger automations from Story replies, Story mentions, and Reels comments. Story and Reel scheduling is coming soon.

How many DMs can it send per day?

Instagram's API allows sending messages to anyone who has messaged you first (within the 24-hour messaging window). There's no hard limit on replies, but we respect Instagram's rate limits automatically.

Can I collect emails and phone numbers in DMs?

Yes. Our data collection nodes let you ask for email, phone, name, and custom fields directly in the DM conversation. Data is exportable as CSV or Excel.

What's the difference between SociaHive and ManyChat?

Do I need a business or creator account?

Yes, Instagram automation requires a Business or Creator account connected via Facebook. Personal accounts don't have API access.
