Getting started
How do I create my first automation?
Describe what should happen in one sentence on the Flows page, and SociaHive builds a draft automation. Review the plain-language steps, paste any link it needs, then press Turn on. Nothing goes live until you do.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is free forever and needs no credit card: scheduling to 21 platforms (all but X), 30 posts a month. Every signup also starts with a 7-day free trial of Creator with up to 200 automation runs.
What can SociaHive actually do?
Three things in one place: schedule posts across 22 platforms, automate replies to DMs and comments and capture leads, and let AI answer repetitive conversations. Higher plans add more channels, seats and AI credits.

Which platforms can I connect?
Scheduling works on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Lemmy, Dev.to, Hashnode, WordPress, Listmonk, Slack, Tumblr, Dribbble, Twitch, Kick. Automation (DM and comment flows) works on Instagram, Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp from Creator up, with Telegram from Pro. The trial includes Creator's automation.
Is it safe? Do you store my password?
We connect through each platform’s official login, so we never see or store your social passwords. Access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256).
Will automating get my account banned?
SociaHive only uses the official platform APIs and stays within their rules. It is the same access the platforms give businesses, so a properly set up automation keeps your account in good standing.
Automations
What’s the difference between a draft and a published automation?
A generated automation always starts as a draft. It does nothing until you press Turn on, so nothing goes live by accident.
Can I test an automation before it goes live?
Yes. Use Send a test to myself to run the flow on your own account first, then turn it on when it looks right.
Can I undo turning one on?
Yes. An undo bar appears right after you turn an automation on, and you can unpublish it back to a draft at any time.
Content scheduling
How many platforms can I schedule to?
All 22 supported platforms on every paid plan, and 21 (all but X) on the free one. Scheduling is free to start.
Is there a limit on scheduled posts?
The free plan is capped at 30 scheduled posts per month. Every paid plan is unlimited.
Can it pick the best time to post automatically?
Yes. SociaHive suggests optimal posting times from your own account’s performance, and labels general best times when there isn’t enough data yet.
AI and credits
What are AI credits and what uses them?
Credits are used by AI that answers your audience, where the cost grows with every message: AI DM replies, AI comment replies, AI goals and AI support replies. AI that helps you create (captions, hashtags, building automations, Hive AI) never uses credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
On Pro and Agency you can buy a credit pack anytime: 1,000 for $9, 2,000 for $15, 5,000 for $32. On other plans, upgrading to the next plan gives you more credits each month.
Do captions or flow generation cost credits?
No. Writing captions and hashtags and building whole automations never use credits, on any paid plan.
Billing and plans
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the billing tab in Settings, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal.
Is there a trial or a guarantee?
Creator comes with a trial, and every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How does annual billing work?
Paying annually costs less than paying monthly on every paid plan. The pricing page shows both prices; switch between them there.
Account and security
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page, and we email you a secure reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. You confirm in two steps, and deletion runs after a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel it.
Where is my data stored and is it secure?
Your data lives on our own servers in Europe, platform tokens are encrypted (AES-256), and all traffic is encrypted in transit. We only access platforms through their official APIs.
