Your bio sells the next video
Most TikTok profile visits come right after a video: someone liked it and wants to know if there is more. The bio has 80 characters to say yes. Name the topic, the format or the schedule, so the visitor knows what following will give them.
That is different from an Instagram bio, which often pitches an offer. On TikTok the videos are the offer; the bio labels them.

Fitting it into 80 characters
Eighty characters go quickly. Leave out your name (it is already above the bio), skip phrases like "welcome to my page", and use one emoji at most as a separator.
If your account shows a website link, let the bio point to it instead of describing it: "Recipes in the link" is shorter than listing what is there. Generate a few times and combine the best first line from one result with the best second line from another.
Post often without filming every day
A bio that promises "new recipe every day" needs a calendar behind it. SociaHive schedules TikTok posts along with Instagram, YouTube and others, so you can batch a week of videos and let them go out on time.
