Not without changing the aspect ratio — that is geometry, not a tool limitation. If your source is a different shape than the target, something has to give: crop the edges, or add padding (letterbox bars) to preserve the whole frame. This tool center-crops, which suits most photos; when the full frame matters, add your own padding in a design tool first so the image arrives already at the target ratio.

Pick the Story/Reel size (1080 × 1920) — that is 9:16. A landscape source will lose a lot of its sides at that ratio, so start from the tallest version of the image you have.

Downsizing a large image is effectively lossless to the eye. Upscaling a small one is not — it will look soft, because the detail was never captured. Always start from the largest original you have; export at the platform's exact pixel size rather than letting the app compress an oversized file.
