The Name field is the one people search
An Instagram profile has two names. The @username is your link and has to be unique. The Name, shown in bold at the top of your profile, is free text, and it is matched when people search. A theme page or small business can use it to say what it is: "Lisbon Eats | Cheap Food Guide".
This tool writes ideas for that Name field. Describe the page in plain words, and the AI suggests names that work as a title and as a search phrase.
Making it fit the profile
The name sits next to a 320 x 320 profile picture and above a bio of up to 150 characters, so you don't need to fit everything into it. Put the topic in the name and the details, offer or link prompt in the bio.
Once you have a name, check that your username fits it. A page called "Lisbon Eats" is easier to find and remember at @lisboneats than at an unrelated handle.
