How to use the line break generator
1. Write or paste your caption into the box above, with blank lines where you want space between paragraphs.
2. The tool trims spaces at the end of each line and puts an invisible character (U+2800) on every blank line.
3. Tap "Copy formatted caption".
4. In Instagram, paste it into the caption field and post. Don't press return in the app to add more blank lines afterwards: those new empty lines won't have the invisible character and may be removed.
The preview shows the caption as it will read: name first, then your text with its paragraphs.

Why spacing matters in a caption
Instagram shows the first line or two of a caption and hides the rest behind "more". A caption that arrives as one block is harder to scan once someone opens it, and the call to action at the end is the easiest part to miss.
Short paragraphs with a blank line between them make each point easy to find: the hook, the detail, then the ask. The caption limit is 2,200 characters, but most captions that people read to the end are much shorter than that; spacing helps a long one more than a short one.
Spacing your bio
Your bio is 150 characters, so every blank line costs a little. A common layout is three or four lines: what you do, who it is for, and a call to action pointing at your link, with line breaks between them and at most one blank line.
Switch the tool to Bio, type the bio, copy it, then paste it into Edit profile in the app. The count then checks against the bio limit. If you also use special fonts in your bio, add the line breaks last, after the text is final.
